This , let’s start the conversation 🗨

Ask someone how they’re doing, and really listen to the answer.

You don’t need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say if someone is struggling. Sometimes, simply asking the question can make all the difference.

Starting the conversation is the first step towards support.

So, how are you doing? Really? 💙

📣 Mental Health News

The new Fonagy Review found that common mental health conditions, like ADHD and autism, are on the rise among young people.

While the review raises concerns about potential over-diagnosis of ADHD and autism, it’s a reminder that we need to look at the facts, not assumptions. More people are experiencing mental health difficulties, and we need to make sure they can access the right support when they need it.

The numbers in our first Impact Report speak for themselves...but behind every statistic is a person who needs support, and there’s still so much more to do.

If you or someone you know needs mental health support, the Hub of Hope is here to help you find it.

The Hub of Hope started with the simple idea to make it easier for people to find mental health support.

What started from Jake’s own experience has grown into the UK’s biggest mental health support directory with over 13,000 services listed.

And now, we’ve got something pretty exciting to share… our very first Impact Report 🎉

It’s a look at the difference the Hub of Hope is making, the people finding support and the services they’re connecting with.

We’d love for you to take a look 💙

All platform data and service metrics in this report cover our reporting footprint from March 2025 through February 2026.

A great day at the Sporting Chance Summit! 💙

Last week, our Partnerships team had the chance to connect with people across the sports sector, from player care teams to mental health professionals, and talk about how we can make finding the right support easier.

We also shared how the Hub of Hope can provide clear, accessible pathways to mental health support for athletes, staff and grassroots communities across the UK.

It was brilliant to make new connections and explore how we can work together to support better mental health across sport. We’re looking forward to seeing where these conversations lead! 🙌

Thanks for having us !

Not sure where to start? You’re not alone 💚

Finding the right support can feel a bit overwhelming, especially when you’re not quite sure what you’re looking for.

That’s where the Hub of Hope can help. Just pop in your postcode, choose what you’re looking for and see what support is available near you. It could be the first step towards finding something that feels right for you, and you don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.

What a few days it’s been! 💙

We’ve had a little time to process it, and we’re still not sure we’ve quite found the words.

To stand inside Hill Dickinson Stadium and see On Your Side was an incredibly proud moment for us at Chasing the Stigma. A project that has involved so many people, so much work and so many conversations had gone from an idea on a screen to something being seen, talked about and embraced by people from across the world of sport.

And seeing our Hub of Hope right there throughout the event made it even more special!

We’re incredibly proud to have worked alongside The Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales and BSI to co-produce this su***de prevention toolkit, created to give everyone involved in sport the confidence, knowledge and practical tools to look out for one another.

But the launch was just one moment in a much bigger piece of work.

As our CEO and Founder, Jake Mills, said: “This toolkit can and will save lives. But it is now up to all of us to build on yesterday and make sure we commit to what it sets out.”

Now comes the next chapter, seeing On Your Side put into action across sport and helping make su***de prevention part of everyday conversations.

We’re so proud to be part of it 💙
