We’ve some exciting news 🤗

Firstly, we’re reopening on Thursday [if you you didn’t know we’ve been closed for a couple of weeks having some electrical works done].

Next, we’re handing over the reins to FINT and we can’t wait for you all to get to know Sima and her family the way you’ve gotten to know us.

We’ve been at 73 Great George Street since 2016 and we’ve been through the whole range of emotions. Opening the doors to ‘Fettle’ with just £4.87 left in our pocket just a week before Christmas: we’re so grateful for the customers we had that day as without you we wouldn’t have had the money to buy ingredients for the next day.

That first day slowly built to a point where we had a queue out the door every, single, day.

It was thanks to all the guests, regulars, and friends we made over those years that convinced us to try again after the struggles and heartaches of lockdowns and social distancing which lead to the birth of FINT.

We’re grateful for having met so many wonderful people and the love we’ve been shown.

Simon will be supporting the new guys as they settle in with the existing FINT team so you’ll still see him around for a few weeks but we’ll still see you down at North Home as we continue to grow that business.

Sorry we’ve had to close for a week (maybe 2)

We’re having some emergency electrical works carried out in the kitchen. (🤞hope parts don’t take too long to arrive)

In the meantime we’ve decided to have a little refresh too (maybe even some new menu items 🥘).
