🏠 WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HOME, IS THE CHEAPEST QUOTE REALLY THE BEST VALUE?

Last month, Butler Installations proudly celebrated 25 years in business.

That’s 25 years of fitting bathrooms, kitchens, windows, doors and carrying out quality joinery and plumbing work for customers across Ayrshire and beyond.

And in that time, one thing has never changed:

We don’t compete to be the cheapest. We compete to be the company you can trust to do it properly.

A cheaper quote can look great on paper… but what happens if the job runs over, the workmanship isn’t right, the materials are poor quality, or you can’t get hold of the installer when there’s a problem?

Your home is too important to take that chance.

When you choose Butler Installations, you’re choosing:

✅ 25 years in business
✅ Experienced, time-served tradesmen
✅ Quality materials we know and trust
✅ Proper preparation and attention to detail
✅ A company that turns up when it says it will
✅ A team that takes pride in every job
✅ Full accountability from start to finish
✅ A local business with a reputation built over a quarter of a century

We’ve never wanted to be known as the cheapest company.

We want to be known as the company that customers recommend to their friends and family because the job was done right.

That reputation has taken 25 years to build, and we protect it on every single job.

So if you’re comparing quotations, don’t just compare the number at the bottom.

Compare the experience, workmanship, materials, service, reputation and peace of mind that come with it.

🎉 Proudly celebrating 25 years

Butler Installations — quality costs less than doing it twice.

Think we just do bathrooms? Think again!

As fully qualified finishing joiners going back to the roots of hand making ICE systems for cars in our spare time.
This one was for our friends KW Kustoms who we do a lot of work for them in their workshops upgrading it!

A stunning matching main bathroom completed on the same job ✨
You would be fooled into thinking this was a different room….. but this rework fools everyone!
A full redesign makes this bathroom work seamlessly!
Designed to tie in perfectly with the en suite, this bathroom was finished using small brick black wet wall, concrete silver main panels, Linhe Oak flooring, and our popular standard designer units to create a clean, modern and coordinated finish throughout the home.

The darker feature panels matched with the softer concrete silver and warm flooring really bring the whole room together beautifully. A stylish and practical bathroom made to look great for years to come.

No one and we mean no one puts so much work into a bathroom in one day like us!
Recommended time and time again we should be your first stop for wet walled bathrooms that last.

Another beautiful en suite completed ✨

This one proves that even a smaller space can still have a big impact. Finished with small brick black wet wall, concrete silver main panels, Linhe Oak flooring, and our ever-popular standard designer units, this en suite has a modern, stylish look while still feeling practical and easy to maintain.

A great combination of textures and tones that works perfectly together and gives this en suite a real luxury feel.

What a transformation this bathroom has had! 😍

This one in Galston has gone from a very busy, dated bathroom to something that now feels bright, clean, modern and much more open.

We used Carrara Marble on the main walls and Grey Marble finishe on the feature wall, paired with Linhe Oak flooring to give the room a really smart, fresh finish.

The new sanitaryware, vanity unit, chrome towel radiator and mirror have completely changed the feel of the space and brought everything right up to date.

For me, the biggest difference is just how much lighter and bigger the bathroom feels now. The before and after really does speak for itself. 👌

A massive change without needing a massive room. 💥

Small room, BIG impact! 👌

We’ve just completed this cloakroom toilet transformation in Kilmarnock, proving you don’t need a huge space to make a huge difference.

Finished with Brushed Taupe and Brushed White wet wall panels, paired perfectly with a Walnut LVT floor for a clean, modern finish.

A complete transformation that makes this small space feel fresh, stylish and completely different.

Small room. Big impact. 💥

Another 1 Day Bathroom Install completed in Kilmarnock ✅

This bathroom was designed with our customer’s needs in mind, creating a safer and more comfortable space while still keeping a modern, stylish finish — all completed in just one day! 🙌

We fitted Concrete Beige wet wall panels, finished with a feature section in Brushed Taupe, and paired them with Fearnea Oak LVT flooring.

We also added a few important upgrades to make everyday use easier, including:

• Grab handles for additional support
• Comfort-height WC pan
• Electric demister mirror

A great example of how an accessible bathroom doesn’t have to look clinical — it can still look fantastic and be tailored to exactly what the customer needs.
