Our stall at Highland Pride was a success! Thank you to everyone who came to visit to get information about the wonderful resources the Highlife Highland libraries and Highland Archives Centre provide! We had Lorna from Learn with Lorna who was very popular (and widely known!) as well as a fun pronoun badge making activity that was a huge hit!

⭐ We have our very own celebrity here at the Inverness Library: Tom McKee! ⭐

If you're one of the many families that come to our Saturday Bookbug Sessions you probably know about the magical musical sessions led by Tom! He was nominated for the Book Trust’s 2026 Bookbug Hero Award which celebrates those who go above and beyond for children and families! With his guitar skills and fun, playful tunes, he's become a rising star! Thank you Tom for all you do πŸ’•

We have Bookbug sessions every week on Thursdays and Saturdays at 11:15, no booking required. 😊
