Our Men’s 1XV are through to the National League Cup semi-final, where they’ll face off to Dundee this Saturday.

A familiar opponent to the squad, this one promises to be a fiercely contested match with plenty on the line to play for.

With several key players returning from injury, the team has been hard at work in training, with one common goal in mind - securing their place in the Cup Final at Murrayfield.

After an incredible four years, it’s with a mix of gratitude and sadness that we announce Brian Crush is stepping down from his role as Head Coach of our Women’s 1XV.

Brian has been central to the growth, success, and spirit of the team, and his dedication both on and off the pitch has left a lasting legacy. He founded our women’s team on 17th July 2022 - the club’s 100th anniversary - marking a truly special milestone in our clubs history.

From the very beginning, Brian has played a pivotal role in every player’s journey. He has guided and developed so many of us through our first-ever rugby experience into the confident, capable players we are today. His ability to bring out the very best in his players is second to none, and his commitment to the success of our team has been unwavering, even before its inception.

In just 4 years he has brought the team through their very first games in the Aspiring League to winning Caledonia North Division League 1 and into the Regional Play Offs.

In a fiercely physical match played in challenging weather conditions, Dundee ultimately secured the victory over our 2XV and will head into the finals of the Regional Reserve Cup against our 3XV.

Unfortunately our men’s 3XV home game has been cancelled as Stirling County is unable to field a team, putting the boys straight through to the Cup Final on the 18th April!
