If you ever wonder what the stop leak products do to the internals of your engine, look at these photos!
In fairness, it ran for a long time after it was poured in but I wonder what state the radiator internals be in?

Ford 2.3 V6 full rebuild just finished by us. Finished in Ford blue. Fitted to a MK4 Cortina.

First of all. Not our work.
Never surprised by how inventive customers can be to keep their machines running. Welded piston and associated machining / grinding. Apparently it worked.
Possibly needed a bit more off the crown as the two valve indents show.

We get lots of radiators to repair but this is a first, but a great idea actually. Our customer needed a custom radiator made for his project so made a perfect cardboard template. Unfortunately the cardboard one failed pressure test! 😂
Nice new copper and brass one made from scratch.

Jaguar XK140 in for cylinder head overhaul. Beautiful car in great condition. Good fun shimming these to get the valve clearances spot on.

New Holland tractor piston. Over revved coming down Drumossie hill and valve jammed in piston crown. Engine now fully overhauled and back with customer.

Now that’s a worn valve. Salt water in a boat exhaust over winter and left to corrode.

TR6 engine fully stripped and overhauled ready for the customer in the South of Scotland.
