"It all started with sushi at home!"

I never imagined that moving to Inverness would lead to opening a small sushi bar... and even less that our story would be featured in the local newspaper!

I'm truly grateful for everyone who has supported Sushiness from day one. Every recipe —from the rice to the teriyaki sauce— is homemade and crafted with care.
