DHC Utilities has installed a pump chamber and new gully onsite for a flat entrance and a pump chamber, gully and one way valve for another flat property.
The pump chambers will prevent flooding that has occurred for both properties.

Drainage installation carried out in Halebarns

Four road-standard storm gullies have been installed within the driveway at the low point, to intercept surface water. The gullies will discharge via new pipework into the brook to allow rapid evacuation of high volumes of water. French drain installed and area back filled with all waste removed from site with a clean down!

Lead Pipe Replacement
The first picture shows the lead pipe that was the main water feed to a residential property in Sale, Greater Manchester.
We replaced the pipe with a new 25mm MDPE all to water safe standards, we are a WIAPS approved company.

Drain jetting carried out in Timperley, customer had issues when flushing the toilet, DHC Utilities has used the high pressure drain jet to clear the blockage and checked the lines with the CCTV to ensure they are flowing freely!

Water leak 💦 repair

The customer had a leaking water main, the pipe feeding the property is copper and had deteriorated over time, the pictures show pin hole leaks in the pipe work, we replaced the area of deteriorating pipe and fixed the leak…completed with back fill and reinstatement…job done ✔️ 💧
