Adam has now visited both of the Merseyside stadiums, so this morning, I asked the all important question: “Which one is the best?”

I saw the panic instantly fill his eyes, and his response was a classic.

He said: “Anthony, you’re putting me in a tight position!”

It’s rare for us to hit the gym on a Wednesday, but due to smaller group, due to holidays, we mixed it up. 💪🏽

Dan had asked me twice recently to take him for a workout, due to his new fitness regime, so here we are! 🤗

He’s doing well, as is Nathan, AKA, The Machine! 🤖

Films and fun, today, as we watched Masters of the Universe. 🗡️

It lived up to Nathan’s expectations, as he loudly proclaimed “You were right. 100%!”

As we got our drinks, Ciaran randomly said, “Oh, sit down, oh, sit down, oh, sit down, sit down, next to me!”

I mean, I was going to anyway, so I’m not sure what he was banging on about! 😉

Another boss Thursday for the lads! 😊
