To Train or not to Train? – Who will benefit if I upskill my staff? - Recruitment Solutions I often hear it mooted by employers that if they train their staff then they will either leave for a better job or demand more money! Valid points and it can happen. The truth is those staff would possibly have left anyway in many cases, but offering training can be a good staff retention tool.

Great week on a novice course at Vanguard, there’s nothing we enjoy more than training 3 candidates from never operating a forklift to being competent and comfortable to operate safely. Thanks Dan, Chip and Charlie for a great week. Also helps when the sky looks like this.
