Not one but TWO Turtle Tums babies have arrived today, and by c-section on after another!

This is the news we LOVE so much. It’s a journey and we love being a part of it with you.

This group of ladies met in the pool with us on Thursdays at Turtle Tums. (Everyone’s favourite hour of the week, mine included!) and have gone on to support each other during pregnancy, the moments before and the immediate moments after labour and their journey in to parenthood, messaging each other constantly with news and support and hanging out regularly both before their Tots arrived and now all together. 🥰

They shared these pictures with us this week which absolutely made my day and I must say I had a little fomo and wished I was hanging out with them too (but no more babies for me!)🤗

Our next Aqua-natal yoga classes are starting next week and are available to book! Our Turtle Tums courses will be starting from Thursday 6th October & Sunday 9th and will run for October🍂

If you're craving some 'me' time, time to relax, time to enjoy your growing bump, time to pause and time to ease those pregnancy aches and pains, then this is the perfect class for you. It's also a fabulous way of meeting other mummies-to-be who will become life long friends 🫶🏼

Our Thursday class is from 7.00pm - 8.00pm or Sunday 6.30-7.30pm. The classes are run at In Focus on Topsham Road, Exeter in a lovely warm pool. The cost of a course is £45/£60*💦

WE LOVE TUMS BABY NEWS ~ 🤍🫶🏼

Three Tums babies arrived in the past week and all three were boys. That’s a run of boys recently and two girls before that.

It’s the best news to receive once ladies stop their Tums courses with us.

Congratulations to all the new Tums now Mums.

We are really pleased to let you know that we are relaxing some of our visiting restrictions.

On the labour ward, up-to two birth partners can be with the woman/birthing person at any time.

For inpatients on the ante/postnatal ward, one person can visit 9am-8pm, and two people can visit 3pm-8pm.

In addition, siblings of the baby are now welcome to visit.

We ask that there are no more than two visitors at the bedside at any one time, although siblings are not counted in this number.

For outpatients, one adult can accompany for the duration of the appointment.

For community hospital settings, one person can support, plus any other children they may have.

We do continue to ask that visitors wear a mask unless exempt. Children under the age of 12 will not be asked to wear a mask.

We are really looking forward to welcoming visitors back.

The cost is £15p/s but payable by block and split payments can be arranged by direct debit. 👍🏼
