Community Harvest - Seyval Blanc 2026

Thank you to everyone who came to lend a hand over the last two weekends - it’s wonderful to see everyone come together!

🥂Our Seyval Blanc grapes are destined for making our Sparkling White W**e!

All the hand-picked grapes have been pressed very gently, (whole grapes) - the same method as in Ch*****ne - within hours of coming off the vines to ensure we extract the finest quality juice.

This juice is now fermenting away in tanks, turning the grape sugars into alcohol, filling the w**ery with the most wonderful aromas and will continue to do so for a few more weeks!
