About Time To Talk

Time to Talk is a confidential listening and support service. We aim to reduce loneliness and isolation and improve the well-being of people with a disability, long-term health condition, or who are Deaf and use British Sign Language, living in Devon, Plymouth and Torbay. Our services include:


  • Telephone support service - open Monday to Friday (during Covid-19 lockdown)

  • We**am (video chat) support service (including support using British Sign Language (BSL) for Deaf people)

  • Life-Coaching: one-to-one in person and on-line; group sessions available
