Burgh Island you did not disappoint!
Our client asked that we played classical pieces with drama and so of course Palladio, The Bridgerton Theme and opera classics were in the line up whilst guests enjoyed the decadent surroundings of the cocktail bar in the hotel.
What a way to spend a Sunday!

It seems that you can get a cello, 2 violins, a viola, 4 heavy stands, 4 huge bags of music and 4 gigging (or should I say giggling 🀣) instrumentalists in an MG!

Brickhouse Vineyard - April 2026. Thank you Clare and Simon for your kind words. We thoroughly enjoyed playing our music for you on your special day.
'Thank you so much, it was so wonderful to have you there, it really made the ceremony in particular for me, just more emotional and I shall remember it forever! So many guests commented on the music and pop tunes you played! I also heard my little nephew (in the kilt) enjoyed and sat for a while watching you.'

Wedding season is nearly upon us and we are looking forward to a packed spring/summer/autumn of weddings. Did you know we also do cooperate events, dinner parties and any special event? We have a huge repertoire of pop, jazz, rock and classical and always love a challenge of arranging and playing something new for our clients. Get in touch if you would like us to play for an event.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Ahhh, the last wedding of the year and what a beautiful wedding it was too Andrews Church in Colyton. We love a church wedding, particularly at Christmas.
As the guests arrived, clutching a festive glass of sherry, we played Christmas tunes and pop classics.
The bridal party arrived to the quartet playing a new arrangement of β€˜Open Arms’ by Journey. We played β€˜A Million Dreams’ and β€˜All for Love’ during the signing and another new arrangement of β€˜Waiting for a Star to Fall’ from the film Boy Meets Girl for the recessional.

Well, who knew you could party in the Museum? What a fab way to celebrate a birthday with a backdrop of upbeat pop music provided by the quartet. A thoroughly enjoyable Saturday night of playing.
