Last week Ian Dunstan and Chris headed off to Amsterdam with Trupeer for three days of seminars, boardroom sessions and big conversations about what top performance really looks like in our industry.
From how AI is helping deliver smarter, faster support, to the latest ways businesses can stay protected from evolving cybersecurity threats, there was plenty to bring back home to our customers.
So much of what we do happens quietly in the background. The patches, monitoring, threat prevention and proactive support that stop problems before they ever become problems. It’s not luck that our customers avoid breaches and security headaches. It’s planning, experience and a team that’s always watching the dashboards while everyone else is asleep.
We’ll admit though, after three straight days of tech talk and strategy sessions, Ian and Chris were dangerously close to becoming “those blokes” who mention AI at every meal. Thankfully Amsterdam had enough beer and stroopwafels to keep them grounded.
Big thanks to Trupeer for having us. Always good to step back, challenge ourselves and make sure we’re bringing the very best back to the businesses that trust us every day.
