This spring season kept us moving around the world delivering investor meetings across the globe. And we loved every minute of it.

Behind every successful event is a team handling the logistics, technology, travel, setup, support, and all the things nobody sees. Proud to say ours delivered an exceptional job from start to finish.

Live events can mean long hours, tight turnarounds, and a lot of problem-solving; but having a great team makes all the difference.

From New York and Chicago to San Francisco and Houston, the crew made sure there was still time for some laughs along the way.

Last week was a big one for the team; Delivering five live shows across New York, Houston, and San Francisco all in the same day.
From annual general meetings to investor events and live broadcasts, every show ran smoothly thanks to an incredible team effort behind the scenes.

A huge shoutout to everyone involved for the hard work, energy, problem-solving, and teamwork that made it happen.
Long days, plenty of moving parts, lots of iPads, advisory board meetings… and somehow still a lot of laughs along the way.

And there’s no slowing down… this week the crew is back across New York, Chicago, and San Francisco, before heading out to Hong Kong and Tokyo later on.

AGM season looks a little different for us at Inconf.

It means early mornings, last minute checks and plenty of flights to wherever our clients need us.

This year that takes us to New York, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington, Houston, and further afield to Hong Kong and Tokyo.

Different cities. Different time zones. The same standard every time.

From platform setup through to go live, our team is on the ground and in the air making it all happen, while our Exeter team keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and supports clients every step of the way.

This is our busiest time of year, and exactly where we thrive.
