Here is a bathroom vanity cabinet, I recently made for a customer
•
Double drawer cabinet made for a customer provided ceramic basin. The cabinet is designed to be wall, float off the floor
•
Surround and drawer fronts are made from Corian Solid Surface, Elegant Grey. With a finger pull handle. Solid surface is non-porous, ideal for bathrooms and wet room. Damaged surfaces can be sanded or repaired
•
Internal cabinet is made from 18mm birch ply with clear lacquer spray finish
•
Drawer boxes are also made from birch ply, 15mm with 12mm base boards. Drawer runners used are Blum Movento. Both drawer boxes have removable dividers for improved storage
•
Bottom drawer also has space for toothbrush/shaver socket. An EVOline Wing supports a cable for the socket

Here is the kitchen I spent most of 2023 building, it was finally ready for install August of last year
•
The base units are made from Sapele, veneered sheets and hardwood. Shaker style fronts with beaded face frames, stained with 10% clear lacquer
•
The wall cupboards and the large fridge housings have Sapele internal cabinets with sprayed fronts
•
I spent well over a month alone just building the nearly 40 drawer boxes! A combination of Sapele boxes and Blum Legra boxes. Nearly all the drawer boxes have dividers, plate racks, cutlery organisers, grills - all handmade
•
The internal sink cabinet was made from solid surface, future proofing this kitchen against any water damage
•
Blum Servo drives are fitted to the bin/recycling drawers, and to the Blum Aventos lifts
•

The cabinet will be securely bolted to the wall, floating
•
The white surround and dark fronts are made from Corian Solid Surface, the fronts are Deep Mink and Glacier White for the surround with a prefabricated sink, model Energy 7720. The surround has been mitred with a chamfer overhang detail, I’ve also added a shallow recess on the top to prevent water run off from the tap handle
•
The internal cabinetry is made from 18mm birch ply, spray lacquered. Blum Movento runners
•
The drawer box is also fitted with Blum Servo drive, this is an electronic opener than activates when the customer touches the front
•
The drawer also has an EVOline Wing, this allows the drawer to have an electric toothbrush charger concealed within
•

Here is a recent addition for a kitchen I made for a customer last year
•
This table is made from Sapele Hardwood and stained and sprayed with clear lacquer, an exact match for woodwork of the kitchen
•
The table will be used to temporary extend the island seating area and create space for extra chairs
•
