Tickets are now available for May’s Wine Tasting
Heritage Grapes of Catalonia
Thurs 21st May 6.30pm

With some of the most consistently exciting wines coming from here vintage after vintage, Catalonia is a region we are particularly fond of here at Pullo.

Whilst most people will only associate the region with Cava, there are in fact many different appellations with rich histories stretching back to the pre-Roman Carthaginian settlers that brought viticulture with them. These different regions have many now indigenous varieties, some well spread across the mediterranean coasts of Spain and France (and further afield), and some only found in small pockets within the region. Come and explore them with us!

Our tastings are relaxed group events where we open a range of wines or ciders to explore a theme, region or style. We usually taste 5-6 bottles, with some snacks available too. The tasting itself will typically take about 1.5 hours starting at 6.30pm with questions afterwards. After the tasting you’re welcome to stay for more chat, drinks & nibbles if you’d like (closing 10pm).

Our next tasting still has some spaces available!

Wine Tasting - Wines of Galicia
Thursday 26th Feb. 2026

Tickets available via our webstore. Link in bio.

Come taste your way through Galicia and get the story behind its wine regions—so much more than just Albariño from Rías Baixas. We’ll dig into how places like Ribeiro, Ribeira Sacra, and Valdeorras built their reputations over centuries, from monks working steep river slopes to today’s winemakers bringing native grapes back into the spotlight.

Better hurry we are down to the Last handful of tickets left for the return of to Pullo!

Adam Banks x Pullo 12th Feb 2026
6pm and 8.15pm sittings
Tickets available on our webstore (link in bio)

Adam’s back this Feb for an early Valentines treat cooking a set course menu for us focusing on handmade pasta and seasonal ingredients!

Adam was head chef at Jamie Olivers Fifteen in Cornwall before venturing out on his own offering fresh pasta boxes & pop-up dinners in his studio before creating Verbena in Newquay. He’s been working on a new site in Newquay for some time now (it’s still not built!) whilst continuing a kitchen takeover at Little Prawn in Padstow. We love his focus on local produce & seasonal ingredients treated simply! This is the 4th time we’ve been lucky enough to tempt Adam over the border - testament, we think, to how damn tasty the food has been each time!

Not in the mood for alcohol this Christmas? Maybe you’re the designated taxi driver for the family? Why resort to drinking the most chemically altered rubbish in some vague nod of pretence that it really does replace the sensory features of alcohol rather than just picking something delicious that happens to be naturally free of it?

Two of our favourites from are back in stock on the shelves now. Antidote and Antilope are wonderfully complex herbal infusions in fresh organic grape juice from Beaujolais. Lightly carbonated at bottling the make a great wine alternative.

Available in store and online now.
