Over the past year, Logan’s team have been gently building his confidence and resilience to explore more places in his community, taking carefully planned steps to help him experience new environments safely.

This summer, that meant a visit to World of Country Life – a new and exciting challenge for Logan. He visited twice, and both trips were a huge success!

By his second visit, Logan felt secure enough to settle and play for longer periods, explore his surroundings and manage frustrations that might previously have been difficult for him. His growing communication skills and strong relationships with his support team have helped him make huge strides.

Opportunities like this give Logan the chance to explore, experience the world around him and enjoy being out in his community.

We’re incredibly proud of Logan and can’t wait to see where his next adventures take him!

We’re looking for Community Enablers to join CEDA!

Fancy a job where no two days look quite the same?

As a Community Enabler, you would be supporting disabled people to have more choice, make connections, achieve their own goals and live life in the way they want to.

We have full-time and part-time opportunities available. Click the link in bio for more details but here are some highlights;

🔹 £12.94 per hour, rising to a potential £14.31
🔹 Mostly weekday hours between 9am and 4pm
🔹 Full training and ongoing support provided
🔹 Birthdays off and additional leave for long service
🔹 Based in Exeter and the surrounding community

Experience is great, but it isn’t everything. Having the right values, attitude and enthusiasm for supporting people is what matters most to us.

The Great West Run takes place on Sunday 23rd May, starting from Exeter Arena, and we genuinely can’t wait. It was one of the absolute highlights of 2026 for us, and we’re really excited to see how much bigger and better we can make the Run for CEDA team in 2027!

A familiar face here for many of you - Our very own Community Award finalist Craig Bowden! Tune into BBC Spotlight tonight at 6:30 to see him being interviewed live ahead of the awards ceremony, which is tomorrow.

Whatever the outcome, he's 100% a winner in our eyes!

It was a mini Run for CEDA reunion on Sunday, as 2026 Great West Run runners Sarah, Dan and Tom were back in their red shirts to take on the Torbay Half Marathon & 10K! ❤️💙

It's Community Roundup time! Enjoy these pics from the last few weeks.

We had such a lovely time at a Sensory Session at LUSH recently!

Our supported people had a brilliant time exploring all the different sights, smells and textures – from making potions and mixing bath bombs to playing with jelly soaps, bath playdough and sparkly dust!

A huge thank you to Lucy and the LUSH team for being so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. There were lots of smiles, laughs and plenty of fun!

And everyone even went home with a goody bag full of goodies! 🥰

Thank you LUSH – we’ll definitely be back! 💚
