Huge thanks to Matthew Collings for the generosity of time & spirit shown to CAP & our FAD Painting colleagues today. Matthew presented & discussed his drawing practice, ahead of his exhibition opening Scott Lawrie Gallery tomorrow evening, taking us on an incredible journey through moments imagined & real, of his life, art history & geo politics. Often funny sometimes sad & on occasion deeply troubling. Fantastic Q&A & unscheduled studio chats after! We could have gone on all day but another time perhaps!
