Congratulations to Rachel on her promotion to Account Manager! 🎉

Rachel first joined HPR through our graduate placement programme and has consistently proved herself to be an invaluable member of the team. Over the past few years, she has gone from strength to strength, stepping up to take on more responsibility and always bringing her energy to the table.

But the celebrations don't stop there! We are also thrilled to announce the internal promotion of Rachael, who is taking her next exciting step up within the HPR team.

Both promotions are a well-deserved recognition of their exceptional talent, growth and commitment. We are incredibly proud of everything they have achieved so far and can't wait to see them thrive in this next chapter of their careers! 🚀🌟

We had a hugely rewarding experience this week, after being asked to present to a group of visiting PR students from Michigan State University.

Professor Jennifer McDermitt and Dr Susan McFarlane-Alvarez asked us if we could give a flavour of the media and PR landscape in Scotland - and Chris and Scott were very happy to give some time up to present to a highly engaged group - and do their level best to answer thoughtful questions ranging from ethics, to politics, to AI and recruitment advice.

Also in attendance was their colleague Elif Toker-Turnilar from Accent Global, who helped coordinate the session, taking place at Surgeons Quarter, in the heart of Edinburgh's Old Town.

We were so touched to hear from Jennifer afterwards, who told us that "it was such a pleasure meeting you both yesterday, and our students haven't stopped talking about what a great experience the talk and activity was. Thank you so much for dedicating your time to our students."

It is a reminder that when you get the chance to share your craft with the next generation of PR professionals, it's always time very well spent 🤍
