Good evening Racers fans. Hope you're all well. In case any of you missed it, Rihards Grigors has signed for Whitley Warriors.

We wish him well - it's a great opportunity. Let's hope he can pick up some silverware this season.

As for the Racers, management are working hard on a return in 2022/23 - watch this space.

Warriors swoop for Latvian defenceman Rihards Grigors Twenty-nine year old Grigors will be known to Warriors fans from his time at Murrayfield Racers in their NIHL North Cup-winning side of 2019-20.

An ice rink will be part of Edinburgh's Christmas celebrations this year.

The organisers are looking for ice rink stewards to assist in the day-to-day running of the facility.

They are also looking for someone to manage the rink - this role requires experience in staff management.

The roles require individuals to be competent skaters and comfortable on the ice.

This is a perfect opportunity for anyone looking for work over the next few weeks.

The person will be required to attend training and games and be responsible for kit and equipment. Full training will be given.
