Canning line fixed!
We often say the term “craft beer” is defined by not having all the equipment you need.
Tough couple of weeks here at Pilot HQ with some canning line issues.
Does the man in this photo look like an engineer? Because he is not.
Shout out to Pat, Matt and the production team for working extra hard and getting it fixed!
We’ve got a back log of new beers coming to you this week, and thanks for all of our customers for your patience!

WE FIXED THE CANNING MACHINE
When I say we*, not the guy doing the social media.. but the guys who know how that stuff work.
POST PINK - our tribute to THE DEATH OF THE CRAFT BEER REVOLUTION or something like that… who cares.
Lots of Pink Stuff going on, Grapefruit, Salt and Peppercorns. Absolute flavour BOMB. Saltier than the North Sea and as sour a craft beer equity investor.
Also, we also only managed to can half of it, so it’s rare.
Clever marketing stunt? Hell yeah punk rock.

Our collab with Edinburgh legends returns!
We’ve brewed up a tribute to the mighty ANZAC biscuit—oats, golden syrup, and toasted coconut, all packed into a beer that’s rich, roasty, and ridiculously drinkable.
Finished off this year with Antipodean hops Eclipse, Vic Secret & Rakau as a nod to our pals down under 🇦🇺🇳🇿
Available now from our webshop or exclusively on Keg & Cask at The Bow Bar

NEW BEER RELEASE..... Mostly
We've a new recipe on the scene this week!
POST PINK 4.8% - Triple Pink Gosé
While POST PINK Itself may not be pink, three rose-tinted additions work in perfect harmony with each other, bringing zen-like balance to the acidity of this delicious Leith Gosé; tangy pink grapefruit, warming pink peppercorns and salty pink salt
It's a POST PINK REVOLUTION
Here's the catch... We're still very much a small operation and pride ourselves on doing everything in house. We've had a mechanical issue with our canning machine this week and will have to postpone Post Pink cans for the foreseeable.
However, kegs are pouring tonight at and the at the grand opening of and will be going out to trade next week.
A super rare pint indeed!

🍑 IPApricot 🍑
Return of our favourite fruit forward friend!
Pronounced ‘I-P-Apricot’, this ale was our personal favourite from our range of fruited IPA’s. Not as bold as IPAneapple, or as flamboyant as IPAngo... we found the humble Apricot sat in perfect harmony amongst the tropical flavours imparted from Mosaic & Citra hops.
Expect a full-bodied, low-bitterness modern IPA with a subtle stone fruit finish.
Let us know if you have any fruit IPA puns we should try out..
*we will never do IPAvocado
