We’re looking for a Claims Handler to join our Edinburgh team, supporting insurance reinstatement following fire, flood, escape of water and other insured damage.

You’ll work closely with our surveyors, contracts team and tradespeople, alongside insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders, helping keep repairs progressing from initial instruction through to completion.

Your day-to-day role will include:

• Coordinating surveys, appointments and claim updates.
• Following up on outstanding information and approvals.
• Keeping policyholders and professional contacts informed.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client systems.
• Handling calls and emails with care and professionalism.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and follows things through. You’ll be organised, approachable and confident managing several priorities, with an understanding of how much a timely update matters to someone dealing with damage to their home.

Experience in insurance reinstatement, claims handling or repair coordination would be particularly valuable. We’d also welcome interest from candidates with strong administration and customer service experience in property or construction.
