Update: unfortunately we have now run out of vouchers!
NEED CASH FOR A FOOD SHOP?
Mutual Aid Trans Edinburgh is pleased to be able to give out 20 x Β£20 food vouchers to q***r and trans community members. You can get a voucher if you are in crisis or simply need to top up your food shop.
We can provide a Β£20 voucher for the shop of your choice, either as an e-voucher or physical voucher (subject to availability).
If you or someone you know would like a voucher, email:
[email protected]
---
Extra information:
- You can ask for a voucher if you are in need of crisis financial assistance, or simply if you need some extra cash for your food shop
- Due to limited availability, we can currently only offer this to Edinburgh residents
- In your email, let us know which shop you would like a voucher for, and if you would like it as a physical or digital voucher. We'll then arrange delivery (post or digital)

We want to wish our trans and non-binary followers a happy International Trans Day of Visibility! In celebration of trans and non-binary work and representation in film, we have made a list of films that showcase trans joy that we (and you) can enjoy during lockdown.
https://letterboxd.com/cameoout/list/tdov2020-highlights/
The film industry is making slow progress in creating an inclusive and representative environment for the casting and hiring of trans and non-binary creatives. Though issues of cis actors portraying trans actors, and negative or tragic media portrayals of trans lives are prevalent, we hope these picks can diversify your watchlist and bring a little trans joy!
We here at OATC see you, we support you, and we celebrate you. Please stay safe out there as much as you can, and feel free to discuss these films down below!
