VIRTUAL PT SESSIONS
"I've just finished a virtual session with Hannah and its energised me for my day, which is something that i'd been struggling to do in the last week. I wasn't sure how a virtual session would go, but any fears are gone, it was great! Its also given me ideas for doing home strength and conditioning for the future." - Cathy, long distance runner.
Just because you dont have access to a gym doesn't mean you cant progress your strength & fitness! Working out at home requires more creativity and quite often people find it harder to stick to their plan. So if you need someone to keep you accountable and get the most out of your training during this time then send me a DM for more details!

HOME WORK OUTS DON'T NEED TO BE EASY!
"That was the hardest home workout I have ever done. I can't wait to see where I progress to in a couple months time".
STAY AT HOME - GYM ACTION PLAN
My main goal during this time is to help as many people as possible to maintain their training routine and level up their strength & fitness in the current situation we find ourselves in.
Which is why I have just released the ‘LIMITLESS AT HOME’ workout programme that is a collection of strength and conditioning workouts that can be done entirely at home. The only equipment required is your body and the total workout time is less than an hour.
It has been designed to be completed in the comfort and safety of your own home. It is suitable for people who have already achieved a baseline level of strength and fitness (able to do push ups, burpees etc).
In addition to the programme you will also receive access to the Facebook group for form checks, movement substitution suggestion, and discussions with myself and other members.
There will also be weekly challenges released in this group so we can have some fun with it too!
I have made two copies of the programme (same workout schedule).
One is completely FREE.
One is £20/month.
I ask that if you are able, I would greatly appreciate your support. It is the small businesses like myself who are most at risk during this time. However, if you find yourself in a similar financial situation to myself please keep up your physical activity using the free plan option.

Scottish Lacrosse player Ella destroying some conditioning work yesterday! This was our last block of work for the session focusing on around 15 seconds of max intensity work. 20m sprint in to push press.
making this loaded carry variation look a lot easier than it is! Asymmetric carries to challenge the core musculature.
An inside look in to a PT session. You might not be an elite athlete but you should still focus becoming a better human! Whether being able to run around with your kids or playing 5's with your mates developing a strong and fit body will help you enjoy these all the more. Ying wanted to focus on developing her upperbody strength - partly so she can set up the bar herself in a racked position so she can train whenever she wants. She told me a story about how she could never squat unless there was a rack already set up at the perfect height for her - and that's uncommon because she is close to 5"! Lets get that sorted out right away!
Inside look into a combat athletes session. Large focus on developing upperbody / rotational power. We also did trap bar deadlifts, hamstring bridges with leg drive + split squats as our lower body work during this session.
