The previously planned Rural Payments and Services downtime has now been postponed, meaning all systems are available as normal from 3:00pm today and will continue to operate as expected throughout the weekend and on Monday 22 June, with no anticipated disruptions.

• View and upload documents as required
• Full access to Manage Applications and Claims
• Future Farming Investment Scheme (FFIS) remains open for evidence submission
• Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS) supporting documents can be uploaded.

Essential updates to the systems that supports application submissions and document upload on Rural Payments and Services (RP&S) will take place from 3pm on Thursday 18 June until 5pm Monday 22 June.

During this period, the system will be unavailable. You must not:
- start a new application
- work on an application that is already in progress
- upload supporting documents
- submit applications

Access to Apply, Claim and Pay will be disabled. This applies to all schemes, including the Future Farming Investment Scheme and Agri-Environment Climate Scheme (AECS).

Access to the guidance on RP&S will still be available and the AECS application deadline has been extended to Monday 29 June. Supporting documentation must also be submitted by this date.

Normal service will resume from Tuesday 23 June 2026.
