As we celebrate our 40th anniversary, we’re reflecting back on how life has changed over the past 40 years. First up: how work has changed for researchers.

This year marks a remarkable milestone for Progressive - 40 years of innovation, dedication, and success! Since our founding in 1985, we have grown, evolved, and thrived, staying true to our values of rigour and integrity every step of the way.

A special tribute goes to our founder, Carole-Anne Oag , who has been with us since day one (albeit only one day per week now). Carole, along with Sarah Ainsworth and Diane McGregor continue to inspire our team and shape our legacy.

As we celebrate this momentous occasion, we extend our deepest gratitude to our employees, partners, and loyal clients, whose support has been instrumental in our success, and we look forward to many more years of innovation and growth together!

Over the coming months we will aim to illustrate how life has changed over 40 years!

Last week we took part in our annual volunteering day. This year, members of both the Glasgow and Edinburgh offices met up in Callander to help out at the Ripple Retreat, run by It's Good 2 Give. For the last eight years, this amazing facility has been offering respite care for young cancer patients and their families. It was a great experience in a remarkable setting. We were thrilled to be able to partner with such an admirable charity and look forward to doing it again!
