Quite literally a game of two half’s today in the County Cup. First half we were sloppy, not taking our chances and gifted Silksworth Park a goal.

Second half however we came out a different team and played the football we know we can and put ourselves in the hat for the next round.

Back to winnings ways in the league as we take all three points on the road away to Green Tree.

Nervy first half as we traded goals with the score at 2-2 but we managed to turn it on second half and scored four unanswered goals and come away with the win.

Onto to Sunday as we travel to Sunderland in the County Cup.

Our unbeaten run in the league comes to an end away to Ferryhill Ivorson, we started well with Zak finding the net within the first 10 minutes after some brilliant play but we never seemed to push on from there.

Some positives to take from the game and things to work on as we look forward to next weeks league game.

The Rangers drop out of the cup after a defeat to West Rainton. Not much to say, s**t numbers, players out of position and ultimately a better opposition.

Fair play to our lads who bothered to turn up and good luck to the West Rainton lads, appreciate them coming back to the pub.

Onto to next week.
