The user, who is quadriplegic, explained he relies on a QuadStick - a mouth-controlled adaptive controller - to play, raising concerns that the game’s anti-cheat system may have misidentified the device as suspicious software.

The situation quickly gained massive traction as others questioned whether accessibility tools are being incorrectly flagged. Community members expressed sympathy and frustration, with many urging developer Embark Studios to investigate.

Others pointed out that modern anti-cheat solutions should be capable of distinguishing between malicious tools and legitimate accessibility devices.

The player’s claims have not been independently verified, and Embark Studios has not publicly commented on this specific case.
