WIN A FREE VISIT TO THE HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT

Do you live in Cardiff and have something you would personally like MPs and other decision-makers in Westminster to understand about migrant life?

It could be about immigration, housing, employment, education, access to services, integration, discrimination, family life or another issue affecting your community.

Send us a short written response — up to 1,200 characters — explaining the issue, why it matters and what you think could help.

We will select six people for a free SRCDC visit to Westminster in late November. Train travel and lunch are provided.

Deadline: 10 November 2026
Send your entry to: [email protected]

The Fullness Project - Circus Skills Workshop

Thanks so much for all who came along to our workshop today. We had a blast. Rhian from Rhian Circus Cymru (also a NoFit State Circus performer), made learning and performing tricks so much fun and easy (ish). Haha! Highly recommended.
