We’re delighted to share that Claire, our publican here at the Creigiau Inn, has recently become a member of Creigiau 23.

As a pub that sits at the heart of the village, we see every day just how important community events and local initiatives are in bringing people together. We’re incredibly proud to see Claire take on this role and be part of a group that works so hard to support and grow that community spirit.

It’s also a fantastic and important step forward to see the group continue to evolve and welcome new voices. The pub fully supports Claire in this and look forward to seeing the positive impact she will help make through her involvement with Creigiau 23.

🚫 PLEASE READ - Ongoing Issue 🚫

We’ve got a growing problem with people using our pub’s bin yard as a dumping ground for their household rubbish.

Our bins are for business use only. Lately, we’re finding them filled with bags that clearly aren’t ours, and even worse, people are leaving full rubbish bags piled up beside the bins. It’s unhygienic, unfair on our staff, and frankly, it’s taking the mick.

The bin yard is a monitored area, and we have already been able to identify individuals responsible for this. We would prefer not to take this any further, but continued misuse will leave us with no choice but to escalate the matter and involve the relevant authorities.

We’re asking respectfully: please dispose of your waste responsibly and use the correct local services. This is a business, not a public tip.

Let’s keep the area clean and respectful for everyone.

We didn’t get a chance to post yesterday as we were a little busy, but a belated Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing mums out there. 💐 Better late than never! 😅

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made it such a lovely day. The turnout was even better than we could have expected, and we truly appreciate the support.

It was also a fantastic Saturday with a packed house for the rugby - made even better by a brilliant Wales win after such a long wait! 🏉
