Really enjoying this project,spending time making new wire 'sketches' but also finding out new nature facts!
Sticklebacks are fondly known as 'tiddlers'.Found in ponds,lakes & streams.They are closely related to the seahorse!

These flashy woodland guardians have strong links to myths and mysticism. They are favourites of plenty of woodland insects – and fairies – and bloom a cheerful pink soon after the bluebell has finished flowering.
