Throwback to an unforgettable February β¨
Our DeafNot Takeover at Glynn Vivian brought together Deaf communities from all over, alongside teachers, BSL learners, and hearing people wanting to become Deaf allies π
From creative workshops and BSL poetry to meaningful conversations and shared experiencesβ¦.this was more than just an event, it was a space to connect, learn, and celebrate Deaf culture.
Weβre so proud of everyone who took part and shared their stories.
And this is just the beginningβ¦

Hello my name is Melissa Iβm so excited to lead the workshop next Tuesday 17th March it will be at 12pm-1:30pm and it will be at Deaf Hub Wales. To book your space- please look up our website www.ourvisualworld.com if you have any issues please do send us a email! The theme for this workshop is Collaboration flowers drawing. Will have a table set up with papers, various materials to use to draw together, copy flowers patterns etc, have fun with colours. Itβs like Life drawing but more fun version. I will be teaching how to use different techniques. Perfect opportunity to collaborate using nature stuff to creating art together. Excited to see you all and please book your space! β¨
