Last week we attended a 'good food and movement' workshop at Cathays Community Centre in partnership with C3SC and to find out more ways we can help contribute to community wellbeing through the use of our programme. It was a very informative day 😁

Yesterday 2 of our lovely 2R facilitators paid a visit to Ysgol Y Deri and observed staff completing their 2Rhythms certificate training.
