Five months (!) since putting down a deposit, it has finally arrived across the channel to be turned into a snazzy mobile fried chicken emporium. Going to see it tomorrow! Finally I can get some bookings!
The Chicken Ricky food truck is coming… my mid life fry-sis is truly set to begin very soon. Laptop is getting (delicately) thrown out of the window and I'm driving off into the summer fields next year fry my way into a new life in a mobile chicken dream emporium! I'll post pics for anyone who's interested!
Also… next pop up at The French Horn will be soon! # #
