Cup match success! 🏏 BISC IV secures a solid 4-wicket victory against Cregagh III in the Minor Qualifying Cup! 🏆
Chasing down a target of 142, the boys got over the line in 22.5 overs to seal the win. A huge shoutout to our MVP standout performers for getting the job done:

This marks our 5th consecutive victory, and out of 8 matches played so far, we’ve now won 7 — a fantastic achievement by the entire squad.

We lost the toss for our first cup match, and the opposition chose to bat first. Our bowlers responded brilliantly and restricted them to 141/8 in 25 overs. We successfully chased the target down with 4 wickets in hand and 13 balls remaining.

The match began with a superb opening spell from Raj and Chetan, who struck early and immediately put the opposition under pressure.

- Raj Patil Outstanding spell with an economy of just 3.20 (16 runs in 5 overs) along with crucial wickets.
- Chetan: Excellent early breakthrough spell taking 3 important wickets.
- Sidhanth, , and Mahendra all contributed with a wicket each, while Mahendra maintained exceptional economy.
- Fantastic catches from Sidhanth (a very special one!), Anand, Raj, and Mahendra Mande.
- Great energy and commitment in the field from Nithin and Ashwin throughout the innings.

In the chase, despite losing an early wicket, Kallol Sarkar played a very mature innings, holding one end strongly and contributing a valuable 34 runs.
Mayur Kmn made an instant impact with two massive sixes in his very first few balls — incredible confidence and momentum!
Hemanth Swamy E S played another solid knock scoring 34 runs with 3 fours and 1 six.

And finally, the game-changing moment — when the match was in a critical stage requiring 16 runs from 16 balls, Chetan stepped up under pressure and smashed 2 sixes and 1 four in just 3 balls, scoring all 16 runs himself and sealing a memorable victory for the team! 🔥🏏

🏏 BISC IV dominates with a resounding 121-run win over Muckamore V in the NCU Junior League! 🏆
After posting a mammoth total of 259/6 in their 30 overs, the bowling attack backed it up brilliantly to bowl the opposition out for 138. A huge round of applause to our standout MVPs of the match:
⭐ Mayur: Set the foundation with a spectacular, explosive innings of 78 off just 43 balls!
⭐ Raj: Ripped through the batting lineup with a stunning bowling spell, taking 3 wickets for just 18 runs (including a maiden) in 4.4 overs!
⭐ Hari: Provided the perfect finishing fireworks with a blazing, unbeaten 32* off only 19 deliveries!

🔥 Anand and Hemanth provided the perfect start with a 50-run opening partnership, maintaining an excellent run rate in the early overs. Mayur then played a match-defining innings of 78 from just 43 balls, including 6 sixes and 3 fours. Hari added a brilliant finishing touch with 32 from 19 balls, while Nithin and Ashwin contributed valuable late runs, with Ashwin striking a crucial six. We finished strongly on 259/6 in 30 overs.

🎯 With the ball, Raj delivered an exceptional spell, taking 3 early wickets and conceding only 18 runs in 4.4 overs. Prasad, Arish, and Nithin bowled with great control and discipline, while Anuj claimed an impressive 3 wickets.

Defending a massive total of 239, the boys held their nerve to restrict the opposition to 226/9 at the end of their 30 overs. A massive shoutout to our MVPs for their outstanding match-winning performances:
⭐ Praveen: A sensational all-round display! Scored a vital 37 (39) with the bat and led the bowling attack with 3 wickets for 30 runs in his 6 overs!
⭐ Nithin: Contributed heavily across the board, remaining unbeaten on a quick 24* (26) and picking up a crucial wicket (1-37)!
⭐ Gopal: Kept things tight under immense pressure, delivering a brilliant, economical spell to take 1 wicket for just 26 runs in his 5 overs!

The foundation was laid by a spectacular 108-run opening partnership , A massive shoutout to Selva, who played a truly masterful innings, smashing a brilliant 105 runs! Following the great start, Praveen Jaypal and Nithin kept the momentum shifting in our favor with an amazing partnership, maintaining a high run rate right until the very end.
🔥 The Bowling & Fielding:
Our bowlers turned up the heat! Gopal, Samrat, and Nithin bowled fantastic, aggressive deliveries to rattle the opposition. Meanwhile, Poorna and Jaypal choked the scoring with superb, controlled bowling to keep the run rate firmly under wraps.
The bowling was backed up by electric fielding, with Faizan and Nithin leading the charge and saving crucial runs.

🏏 BISC MW cruises to a fantastic 6-wicket victory over Carrickfergus MV in the NCU Junior League! 🏆

Skipper Anand said it best:

It was a fantastic result for our team today. We executed our game plan perfectly, keeping the pressure on from the very first ball and chasing down the target with confidence.

Bowling Performance
We restricted Carrickfergus MW XI to a modest total of 126/9. I am incredibly proud of how our bowling attack handled the pressure.

Standout Performance: Rakeeb bhai was simply outstanding, leading the charge with a brilliant spell of 4/11 from his 4 overs, including a maiden. Rakeeb Ahmed

Arish also provided crucial control, picking up a wicket and conceding only 7 runs in his 2 overs well supported by other bowlers.

The Chase
Chasing 127, our approach was calm and clinical. We reached the target of 127/4 in just 14.2 overs, securing a 6-wicket victory.

Key Contributions: Anand and Hemanth lead from the front with 33 (22)* and 22(14), later Faizan and Prabeen ensured we stayed ahead of the required rate throughout the chase.
