Delighted that over 80 colleagues joined our virtual event to launch the Critical Care and Perioperative Nursing Career Pathways. Special thanks to Chairs Paula Forrest & Janet Johnson, Project Leads Sheila Kinoulty & Eunice Robinson and Career Pathway Lead Cathy McCusker for their leadership in developing these pathways in collaboration with key stakeholders, especially those with expertise in critical care nursing and perioperative nursing.

Professor Linda Kelly, Chief Executive, NIPEC, highlighted that the launch of the nursing career pathways provides clear and structured progression opportunities, supporting the delivery of safe, high quality care for the people of Northern Ireland.
