Spring Storage and Distribution

The Board at Spring are delighted to announce that the business and the Bathgate site has been acquired by Bond International.
Bond International Ltd is the UK’s leading independent tyre wholesaler. Like Spring, they are an independent family company. Their extensive range of tyres reflects their position as an industry-leading supplier, distributing millions of tyres each year. In fact, Bond International sell an average of one tyre every six seconds!

Lesley, Dawn, Grant, Victoria & John have been managing the 2 phased acquisition since the deal concluded in January. In the intervening time we have been busy finding a new home for our long standing customers. We partnered with DRUMMOND DISTRIBUTION who we have worked with for many years. Huge thanks to Damon Burns who worked tirelessly to manage the transition.

Our best wishes go out to all of our loyal customers, staff and both Bond International & Drummond's going forward. Special thanks to Scott Christian and Simon Ewbank for their professionalism, integrity and transparency during the sales process and transition.
