What a delight it was to welcome the launch of TrailFam Cornwall at the Cornwall Running Show this year! Seeing so much energy and passion for getting young people into the hills and on the trails was truly inspiring.

TrailFam is a brilliant charity on a mission to make trail running accessible, inclusive and empowering for young people from all backgrounds. They bring young people into nature through weekly trail running sessions, school programmes and support for aspiring race talent. Helping improve physical and mental wellbeing while building confidence and community along the way.
