Congratulations to Shane Howe on winning the Peter Sutton Memorial Cup with 35 points on 5/10/25

Congratulations to Karen Simson and Ray Barber on winning the Phillips Bowl trophy this year. They beat Lorraine and Andy Cooper in what was a very competitive match. It took 19 holes to get a result!

Congratulations to Steve Mountford on getting a hole in one on our 14th on Wednesday 27/8/25.

Thank you to everyone that took part in our joint Captains Day last Sunday. We had a great time and really appreciate everyone that played and also those that helped us, to make the day such a success. Thanks also for your very generous support, in buying raffle tickets etc to ensure we made a healthy sum for our chosen charity.

The conclusion of the Seniors Club Championship was held today, 11/8/25.
On a very hot day there were some great scores and the results were as follows:
1st and Senior Club Champion with a gross score of 175 - Chris White.
2nd gross with 176 (on countback) - Phil White.
3rd gross, also with 176 - Dave Moss.

Winner of the Nett competition with 148 - Phil White
2nd nett with 149 - Chris White.
3rd nett with 151 - Len Thomas.

A new category was added this year for the best nett score for over 70 years of age. The winner was Len Thomas with 151.

Congratulations to all the winners and a huge well done to Senior’s Captain Derek Entwistle for overseeing both rounds of a very successful competition.

Congratulations to Ken Ewen on winning the Presidents Cup on 10/8/25.

Really sorry for the delay. But worth the wait! We said his win would be the first of many - congratulations to Noa on winning the Gary Player Trophy on 13/7/25.

Congratulations to Brenda on becoming Ladies Club Champion 2025 with a gross score of 176. 2nd was Judy with 200. The winner of the nett competition was Margaret with a total of 147. Again we had a lovely round of golf, not quite as eventful as day 1 but very enjoyable. Tony and Nick walked round with us again, thank you to both of them. Well played everyone - Brenda played beautifully over both days - a well deserved result 🏌️‍♀️⛳️🍾 x
