Executive Chef Terry O'Riordan has created keto chefs after he was put up for redundancy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Terry is an executive chef and has been honoured to compete in The National Chef Of The Year, Kikkomans Masters. Terry is also currently a member of the Craft Guild of Chefs Culinary team.
After being told on 11/08/2020 that he was being put on the consultation for redundancy, Terry was shocked and scared, for the first time in 19 years the possibility of not having a kitchen or brigade let alone a job had hit him hard!
On the way home from work that day, Terry was looking for inspiration for what to make his wife for dinner to break the news, and he was scrolling through various Keto pages on Facebook.
