🚨 Business Awareness Post 🚨

Just a heads up to other local businesses — we had an incident today involving two men attempting to pay with counterfeit Scottish bank notes.

Our note-checking machine flagged the note immediately. When challenged, one of the individuals became aggressive and attempted to approach other customers to swap the cash. He also used his own UV torch to try and “prove” the notes were genuine.

Please stay vigilant, check all notes carefully, and ensure your team are aware of this tactic.
