The Axminster Lions have very kindly donated us this gorgeous fun filled hamper to the Flamingo Community Pool for a raffle - They started selling tickets at the Fun Day on Saturday but not many tickets were bought so we are extending the raffle until the end of August.

FUN DAY IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We can’t wait to welcome you to our Fun Day on Saturday! Before you arrive, here are a few important things to know:

📍 Location
The Axe Valley School Sports Field is located alongside Flamingo Community Pool and behind the 5G pitch.

💳 Payments & Tokens
We have a limited number of card machines available for Flamingo Pool stalls and games.

You can:
• Pay with cash at the Flamingo Pool stalls, or
• Buy tokens by card at the Main Gate or the Token Stall on the field.

Each token has a value of £1, but you can make your money go even further with our special token offers:

🦩 6 tokens for just £5
🦩 12 tokens for just £10

🚗 Parking
Parking is FREE for the day (from 8am - 6pm on Saturday 1st August ONLY) in the Flamingo Community Pool car park.

Please note that no vehicles will be permitted beyond the Main Gate, which will be situated at the entrance to the school’s staff car park.

🚭 No Smoking or Va**ng
There is a strict no smoking or va**ng policy anywhere on site. With the current heatwave and drought conditions across Devon, we ask everyone to help us keep the event safe.

🚻 Toilets
The Sports Hall toilets will be available for everyone to use throughout the day.

The accessible toilet is located in the reception area of Flamingo Community Pool.

Please do not use the Hydro Pool toilets, as the pool will be open and those facilities are reserved for pool users.

🦩Here is the timetable for the Summer Holidays. This runs from 20/07/26 - 06/09/26🦩

Please note we have a one off schools session 22/07 14:30-15:00

Also the first inflatable island session will be 24/07

We will have fun floats sessions running 15:00-16:00 as usual with an extra session running on 22/07 instead of the inflatable session.
