New Timetable for September 🖤 Please read

Wednesday evening's classes have been altered slightly to support studnets requesting to do two classes back to back. 'Beginner- Intermediate' studnets should now book mixed ability which is running at the same time 💕

Thursday evening's see our NEW Beginners pole course (which is already over half full, so please don't wait till then if you'd like to book). I am then trialing a Mixed ability this night for studnets wanting to attend classes more than once a week.

Sunday then has our One Day Intensives. Remember there are days pitched to each level, so something for everyone here and there are still some last minute spots if you wanted to book one 💪🖤

I get so many enquiries from women thinking about starting pole that are worried about body image, insecurities or feeling awkward.
The beautiful thing is that a pole class is probably one of the most supportive environments you can walk into. Everyone there is cheering you on and celebrating you when you achieve something new on the pole. It's honestly magical ✨️
