DES CONSEILLERS RESERVATIONS - bilingues/trilingues - H/F

Mission :

En tant que conseiller réservations et sous la responsabilité du responsable d’exploitation, vous serez le lien entre notre clientèle internationale de locataires et de propriétaires, nos partenaires professionnels et l’équipe opérationnelle
• Vous réceptionnez et gérez les réponses aux mails
• Vous réceptionnez et gérez les appels de nos clients et partenaires
• Vous avez en charge le suivi informatique des réservations sur notre logiciel dédié

Profil

Vous avez un diplôme Bac+2 à Bac +5 (BTS Commerce international, Master LEA Commerce International, LCC ou LLCE, Ecole de Commerce, etc.)
• Vous êtes bilingue en anglais
• Une troisième langue : Espagnol, Italien, Japonais ou autre est un plus!
• Très rigoureux(se), doté d’un esprit logique, vous êtes curieux(se) et savez vous impliquer fortement dans votre travail. Votre esprit d’initiative vous aide à être force de proposition.
• Vous êtes dotée d’un excellent relationnel, d’un sens du service clients et saurez évoluer dans un environnement jeune de start’up
• Vous aimez les challenges et souhaitez intégrer une société pour grandir avec elle : Notre société prévoit de doubler son CA en 2013 puis en 2014.

Conditions :
• Poste basé à Paris - 5ème arrondissement.
• Début : dès que possible
• Rémunération : fixe +13° mois et mutuelle
