Happy Mother’s Day to all the immigrant moms who fought generations of colonization, genocide & poverty like their mother’s before them in hopes that one day, one of their daughters could finally live for themself. I’m lucky to be in that generation of our family who gets to live freely everyday because of their sacrifices. I hope that one day our mothers can find their way back home to the place they never wanted to leave. Let’s remember to love women for the life they have given the world, including yours 🤍

Took some time to rest, eat, sleep and enjoy my own company (my favorite!!!). Merci France pour les vacances— using the vacation money France gives musicians twice a year to actually go on vacation. Thank you for paying me to leave you when you’re being too much for me hahaha oh yay!!! Socialism!!!!
