2025 · YOGA

This one I’m the most proud of, and knowing it’s always just the beginning makes it even more special 💫

I did my first 200h YTT six years ago and didn’t feel like teaching at all.
I’ve been practicing yoga basically since I was a teenager, but I treated it more as something for my head, for my back - never being flexible, never even thinking if that was an issue.

Coming to France a few years ago, I would have never thought that I’d take a break from being a full-time illustrator and slowly change it for being almost a full-time yoga teacher.

Now fully teaching in French.
And to all my dear teachers and friends who trusted me at the beginning .somaticarts - and to all my dear students I meet every week, who are the most supportive, cheering, and open people I could imagine meeting: thank you.

I never thought that teaching yoga could fill your heart so much every time - that you can learn and exchange so much, again and again.
I hope I can always serve you with whatever I have 🤍

The plans for 2026 are even bigger — and I would love to take you with me.

Meeting someone you’ve admired for a long time can feel intimidating… and frightening. At the beginning of October in Lisbon, I attended a masterclass with Talia at the beautiful studio of Sonia Right before that, I had workshops with Jared, and for the first time in my life, I discovered the Ghosh lineage of yoga asanas.

What an incredible experience — theory, practice, answers, and inspiration all in one. Talia embodies the values of yoga not just on the mat but in everyday life. Seeing her teach with such passion, knowledge, inclusivity, and respect for tradition, even the words she chooses reveal her truest heart. Her method, her clarity, and the way she invites everyone into practice were truly humbling.

And then, the Kirtan — my first ever — with beautiful drums and energy that completely filled the room and concluded this magical weekend. Meeting Talia up close, sharing a hug, her kind words and smile… these moments will stay with me forever. Suddenly, the idea of doing a 300h teacher training with her in Rishikesh feels like the perfect next step. 🙏
