It’s been a memorable past two weeks in Gstaad, Switzerland and Vienna, Austria.

What “your best” ^^ is took on a new meaning the past few weeks. I used to take it as a general feeling of strong effort, and whether or not the flow state accompanied that was out of my control. But I’ve been learning that you can induce it to an extent, with different things like breathing patterns or music to increase/decrease heart rate, asking other people to just hype you up, and doing whatever it takes to eliminate feelings of bad tension. It’s different for each person and imperative they do what it takes to find what it is and what gets them there. Not only for games but for practices and life in general!
