VR multiplayer game distribution platform for the complete implantation in leisure centers & LBE VR.
Last week we were at Multiwex in Marche-en-Famenne, Belgium to install a free-roaming, modular Octo:Gone arena for up to 8 players, compatible with HTC VIVE Focus 3 wireless headsets!
Soon our Belgian friends will be able to enjoy virtual reality and the Octopod game catalog at Multiwex in addition to many other leisure activities (BattleKart “floor is lava” room, karaoke room and many other surprises)!
Congrats to the Octopod's team for this project! Also, many thanks to all the WEXteams for their trust, their warm welcome and their professionalism throughout this wonderful project. Just a few adjustments to be made before the fun begins!

Back on the creation of Octopod:VR, the offer dedicated to virtual reality rooms
Since our creation 10 years ago this year, we have grown a lot, as much in the number of employees as in our knowledge and know-how.
Historically specialized in the custom-made creation of engineering applications for professionals, we have constantly been on the lookout for new technologies, new ways to respond to these issues.
During all these years, the manufacturers of virtual reality headsets have done a lot of research and development, have learned from their failures and it is indeed necessary to wait until 2012 for a new project to be brought to light: the Oculus Rift.
The development of VR technology then quickly developed in 2014 with the arrival of large companies and the emergence of the first marketable headsets for professionals and the general public.
